When you visit

This website has no accounts or contact forms. We do not use cookies or track individual visitors. We use anonymous statistics to understand which pages are visited and how well they perform.

Our hosting and security provider processes IP addresses and technical request information to deliver the website and protect it against attacks, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website. We keep no logs of our own; our provider retains its technical logs only as long as needed for these purposes.

Some pages load maps and software libraries from external providers. Your browser connects directly to those providers, which receive your IP address and request information.

When you contact us

We use the contact details and information you provide to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting work or customer relationship, based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and business relationships, or to take steps towards or fulfil a contract with you. Our email service provider processes correspondence on our behalf.

We keep enquiries as long as the enquiry and any resulting work require, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Records subject to statutory retention requirements are kept for the applicable legal period.

Processing abroad

Our hosting, email and external-content providers may process personal data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards that Swiss data protection law and the GDPR require, such as standard contractual clauses. For more information, email info@geomodsol.com.

Your rights

You can request information about your personal data and ask for correction or deletion. You can object to its processing and, where the legal conditions are met, ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise your rights, email info@geomodsol.com. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or, if you are in the European Economic Area, to your local data protection authority.
